      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile practices and ensuring successful product development
      - Manage and facilitate the scrum team's daily work, including Sprint Ceremonies
      - Coach and mentor team members in adopting an Agile mindset and self-management
      - Identify and remove impediments to enhance team focus on development
      - Lead medium to large-scale IT projects within time, budget, and specification constraints

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience, or 4 years of related work experience
      - Certified SAFe Scrum Master
      - Proven track record of on-time and on-budget project delivery
      - Ability to manage relationships with internal business customers
      - Experience leading and coaching teams in complex or regulated environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified SAFe ASM or RTE
      - PMP certification or 1+ years of experience working with traditional project management
      - Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO)
      - Technical analyst or development expertise
      - Experience leading teams through the transition from traditional project management to Agile
