      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide remote direct observation for the safety of assigned patients
      - Communicate effectively with the interprofessional team, patients, and family members
      - Report observations of changes in patient condition or behavior to appropriate staff
      - Complete required reports and documentation accurately
      - Interact with co-workers and visitors in a manner consistent with the employer's values

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Previous related experience preferred
      - CPR Certification preferred
      - Completion of Patient/Sitter Companion Program and/or De-Escalation class preferred
      - Ability to provide service to diverse age populations, from pediatric to frail elderly

      - Experience in a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with patient care and safety protocols
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
