      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide remote supportive care for patients requiring additional monitoring
      - Promote quality patient care, comfort, and safety in alignment with patient preferences and cultural beliefs
      - Communicate effectively with the interprofessional team, patients, and their families
      - Provide observation for the safety of assigned patients and report any changes in their condition
      - Complete required documentation and reports accurately

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma
      - BLS certification through the American Heart Association
      - Interest in Behavioral Health Sciences

      - Previous experience in a healthcare setting or similar role
