What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff in alignment with the employer's values
- Provide safety and compassionate care to patients, respecting their preferences and cultural beliefs
- Communicate and support the interprofessional team, patients, and their families
- Monitor and observe assigned patients for any changes in condition or behavior
- Complete necessary reports and documentation related to patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Interest in Behavioral Health Sciences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or with patient care is advantageous
