What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and formalize safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
- Oversee the safety of the company's fleet operations, including driver training and vehicle maintenance protocols
- Implement and monitor workplace safety procedures, including hazard assessments and emergency response plans
- Lead investigations into safety incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at job sites to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHST) are required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably within the construction or restoration industry
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and other relevant safety regulations
- Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills

- Experience in developing and implementing fleet safety programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software
