      About the Role
      We are seeking a Safety, Quality and Compliance Advisor to join our team supporting Schools Infrastructure NSW. This role is pivotal in ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-quality service environment across our operations.
      You will work closely with the Account Manager and delivery teams to uphold WHS standards, manage compliance, and foster strong relationships with contractors and clients.

      Job Description

      Key Responsibilities

      • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and Cushman & Wakefield standards

      • Conduct audits and reviews of contractor safety documentation

      • Drive proactive risk management and incident reporting

      • Support onboarding/offboarding processes for employees and contractors

      • Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory training

      • Deliver timely and accurate safety and compliance reporting

      • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

      • Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders

      About You

      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in WHS and quality systems management

      • Strong knowledge of OH&S legislation (Australia & NZ)

      • IRCA Lead Auditor (ISO 45001) certification is a plus

      • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, etc.)

      • Excellent communication and organisational skills

      • Ability to manage ambiguity and solve complex problems

      • Formal WHS qualifications preferred

      • Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards

      • ICAM Training would be desirable

      • Minimum Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS)
