      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the receipt, submission, and tracking of expedited and periodic safety reports for department projects
      - Assist management in producing project metrics and escalate issues as necessary
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory timelines and country legislation for safety report submissions
      - Provide training and support to team members while participating in audits and testing activities
      - Liaise with various departments to facilitate safety reporting tasks and client account setup

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science, Biology, Clinical Medicine, or a related field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Safety Specialist/Associate, Clinical Research Coordinator/Associate, Pharmacist, or related role
      - Two (2) years of experience with medical terminology, pharmacovigilance, and safety database functionality
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of global safety reporting requirements, including FDA regulations
      - Six (6) months of experience with Individual Case Safety Reporting or Drug coding software (ICSR)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Three (3) years of experience in safety reporting or related roles
      - Experience in implementing Standard Operating Procedures to ensure process compliance
      - Strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet timeline deliverables
      - Knowledge of liaising with clients to ensure compliance with safety standards
