      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and support Spam enforcement guidelines based on policy guidance
      - Oversee outsourcing of Spam enforcement with multiple vendor teams
      - Manage operational workflows to prevent Spam violations
      - Act as a point of contact for policy and enforcement inquiries
      - Collaborate with internal partners to influence Spam account harm mitigation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of experience in the tech industry, specifically in enforcement or Spam
      - Demonstrated experience in an operational and/or support role
      - Experience working with outsourcing teams and scaled support
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to present data-driven solutions
