What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop industry-leading employee safety resources, including safety programs and presentations
- Research, evaluate, and prioritize content needs for various applications
- Track employee safety trends and analyze content utilization
- Act as a subject matter expert in employee safety within a cross-functional team
- Ensure product content remains timely and accurate while collaborating with product management and content writing teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and work experience in the insurance industry or employee safety settings
- Experience in loss control or employee safety roles
- Demonstrated knowledge of employee safety concepts and terminology
- Ability to understand the needs of customers and partners in the commercial insurance industry
- Solid written communication skills with the ability to create reader-friendly documents
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completed or working toward risk management, employee safety, and insurance certifications such as Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Working knowledge of OSHA standards and ANSI/NFPA Standards
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills
