      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver internal safety training programs, including safety orientations and job-specific refreshers
      - Create and facilitate regulatory-based safety courses such as OSHA training and First Aid certifications
      - Maintain standardized training materials and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
      - Track employee training status and coordinate necessary retraining
      - Provide on-site instruction and support local leadership teams with regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Professional experience in training content building and implementation
      - Demonstrated ability to deliver effective and engaging training sessions
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%+) after the first year of employment
      - Strong understanding of safety training principles and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of OSHA and industry standards
      - Authorized OSHA 10/30 Trainer (Construction or General Industry)
      - First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor certification
      - Experience in confined space instruction
      - MEWP trainer certification
