About us
Staff Wellbeing
Every day the GPs meet in our meeting room after their morning clinic. Here they have access to a laptop to complete their admin work over a cup of tea or coffee. This dedicated time provides an opportunity for colleagues to catch up, engage in informal debriefs, seek advice on complex cases, or simply validate clinical decisions. This has proven beneficial for GP wellbeing, reducing stress levels and fostering a supportive working environment. Additionally, it enhances dynamic teamwork, as other staff members are aware that GPs are available for any queries during this time.
Regular team building events are arranged for all staff.
Education and Training

About the company
National Health Service (NHS) is the umbrella term for the publicly-funded healthcare systems of the United Kingdom (UK). The founding principles were that services should be comprehensive, universal and free at the point of delivery—a health service based on clinical need, not ability to pay. Each service provides a comprehensive range of health services, free at the point of use for people ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom apart from dental treatment and optical care.
