RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. 负责公司动物营养产品在所负责区域的销售工作，开拓新客户，维护老客户，完成销售目标。

  2. 根据市场需求，制定销售计划和销售策略，提高销售业绩。

  3. 负责与客户沟通，了解客户需求，提供专业的产品咨询和技术支持，建立良好的客户关系。

  4. 跟进订单，协调内部资源，确保订单按时交付。

  5. 参与市场调研，了解市场动态和竞争对手情况，提供市场反馈和建议。

  6. 定期汇报销售情况和市场动态，提供销售数据分析和预测。

  7. 协助区域销售经理完成其他销售相关工作。

REQUIREMENTS

• 1. 硕士及以上学历，动物营养、畜牧兽医等相关专业。

  2. 具备动物饲料行业或相关行业销售经验，熟悉市场情况和客户需求。

  3. 具备良好的沟通能力和销售技巧，能够有效开拓新客户和维护老客户。

  4. 具备较强的团队合作精神和工作责任心，能够承受一定的工作压力。

  5. 熟悉动物肠道健康或相关解决方案优先考虑。

  6. 熟悉华南、华东、西南区域市场情况及客户资源者优先考虑。
