      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key account gatekeepers and distributor partners
      - Execute elite-level market activation events to foster consumer loyalty for the employer's brands
      - Improve sales through strategic activation tactics to enhance rate of sale
      - Lead education and training efforts for distributor sales teams to ensure brand visibility
      - Implement innovative marketing strategies and merchandising to drive sales in assigned accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - College degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 5 years’ field sales experience in the alcohol-beverage or CPG industries
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical tools
      - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for developing key customer relationships
      - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends

      - Experience in a fast-paced beverage industry environment
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations
      - Valid driver's license and capacity to travel within the assigned territory
      - Knowledge of market trends and competitive activities
