      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare and maintain proposal templates and content databases, coordinating with sales personnel
      - Create cost sheets based on equipment specifications and service information
      - Develop customer care plans by gathering and organizing relevant information
      - Schedule and coordinate annual customer reviews, maintaining calendars and contact databases
      - Monitor new account transitions and assist in organizing customer appreciation events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - H.S. diploma/GED required
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
      - Highly organized with excellent time management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a sales support role within the transportation industry
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
      - Proven ability to build strong customer relationships
      - Experience with proposal preparation and cost analysis
      - Flexibility to excel in a fast-paced environment
