What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review detailed solicitation requirements to ensure compliance
- Prepare, administer, and coordinate customer quotations and specifications in a timely manner
- Analyze sales history to provide competitive and accurate pricing
- Provide technical assistance and customer service regarding part validity, pricing, and product information
- Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate organized and cost-effective delivery of parts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field throughout the internship
- Expected graduation date on or after May 2027
- Willingness to work full-time during summers and breaks, and part-time (around 20 hours per week) during the school year
- Strong organizational skills and ability to be a self-starter
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
- Strong analytical skills and drive for continuous improvement
- Ability to follow documented standard operating procedures
