What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process accounts receivable, manual billing, credit card processing, and 1099 reporting
- Review and convert transaction summaries into contractual agreements
- Calculate and input pricing into SAP per contract terms
- Troubleshoot data feed issues and resolve billing and pricing discrepancies
- Provide analytical and reporting support for Wholesale and Retail business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, pricing, billing, or accounting
- Post-secondary degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Understanding of accounting and billing principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting software
- Advanced analytical skills and experience conducting financial analysis
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and pricing audit processes
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and resolve issues efficiently
