      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data integrity, customization, reporting, and troubleshooting
      - Support sales and marketing analysis, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and win rates
      - Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven pipeline management
      - Drive process improvements and enforce data governance in ERP and CRM systems
      - Create and maintain reports and dashboards that align with company strategic objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or higher
      - 3-5 years of experience in Analytics, Operations, Sales, or Finance roles
      - 3 years of experience with SFDC CRM system configuration or implementation
      - Strong financial acumen and numerical reasoning skills
      - Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and simple macros
