      JOB DESCRIPTION

      Position Title: Sales & Business Development Manager – Wind & Defense, Industrial Markets

      Reports To: Segment Head

      Role Type: Individual Contribution

      Location: Pune

      Job Responsibilities

      Lead and implement strategic business development plan for existing and new business opportunities.

      Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.

      Target new sales opportunities in the segments, initiate strategic and operational action plans to secure business in new accounts.

      Ensure effective actions to brick wall SKF's market share with existing customers.

      Acquire holistic understanding of key customers’ needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.

      Drive SKF key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth & margin targets.

      Identify right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome

      10 plus years’ experience in Sales, Marketing & Business Development.

      Hands on experience in technical sales and marketing with project sales.

      Proven sales track record in building and leveraging strong customer relationships with Project Management Skills.

      Work effectively in Matrix and influence key stakeholders to achieve results
