What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients about new and expanded services
- Sell the Massage Envy Wellness Program, book clients for future services, and encourage home care and retail purchases
- Support clinic operations by greeting clients, scheduling services, and addressing inquiries via phone and email
- Help grow and retain a client base through in-person and outreach efforts
- Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills with excellent math and computer abilities
- Exceptional people skills and ability to establish positive relationships with guests
- General knowledge of massage and skincare services
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service or wellness-related role
- Knowledge of health and wellness trends
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for helping others and promoting wellness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
