      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Resolve problems and proactively recommend products, services, and solutions to customer or sales representative issues
      - Execute solutions and escalate issues to the team manager on behalf of customers or sales representatives
      - Assist with service areas based on business needs and perform special projects as required
      - Manage inbound email and chat contacts from customers and sales representatives
      - Document and report errors in pricing, product descriptions, and service opportunities while escalating critical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Customer Service or Marketing preferred
      - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a related field
      - Proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong customer service orientation and ability to work as a team player
