The Sales and Events Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to a team of Group, Events Sales and Event Planning Managers of the hotel. At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best. Responsibilities include but are not limited to administration of incoming calls and leads, walk in inquiries, special projects, coordination and/or assistance with planning certain events, coordinating reservations and amenities for VIP guests or handling general guest requests, as well as general administrative responsibilities.
