- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a rotating schedule with the team
- Ability to meet members/prospects in person at local FBOs and participate in regular networking events
- Eager to prospect, creatively warrant responses back from leads, and win their business
- Understand and communicate Surf On Demand's value proposition, technology, and processes
- Prospecting, inbound and outbound lead generation, and timely follow-up
- Sell our memberships & products/services to qualified individuals, families, and companies of all sizes
- Manage the lifecycle of members: new, upgrades, rejoins & reactivations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Participate in business development activities, including client events, networking, and referrals.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction by providing personalized service and prompt issue resolution
- Deliver an exceptional, bespoke sales experience for our prospects
- Lead initiatives to enhance the client experience, ensuring seamless communication and service
- Work closely with internal departments to guarantee the smooth execution of flights and services
- Gather client feedback and implement improvements to optimize the overall client experience
- Prepare regular updates and pipeline forecasts for senior management on new members, existing account performance, and potential risks
- Track and analyze client activity, sales performance, and feedback to report on account health and opportunities for growth
- Build relationships of trust with fellow team members, prospects, and members
- Work across multiple platforms including Hubspot, Live Chat, LinkedIn, and Proprietary software
- 5+ years of expertise in Aviation (Broker or Operator), Travel Industry or Selling Experiences
- Private or Commercial Aviation experience/knowledge/passion preferred
- Accustomed to prospecting, warm outbound calling and diligent follow-up with leads
- Excellent sales skills including the ability to quickly create and build relationships
- Strong analytical and consultative skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills, technology savvy and well-organized
- Effective time management skills - Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Sales: Sales & Experience Representative
Our Sales & Experience Representatives are responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from the initial sale to the day of departure, including selling our Membership programs and upgrades. Most importantly, our Account Executives work on a tight-knit, professional team that's here to deliver results, by learning from each other and understanding the true needs of our prospective and current customers.
