      Description

      SCOPE:

      The Sales and Leasing Specialist is responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing for the community. This position will be instrumental in driving asset performance through systematic and integrated marketing communications for each individual property as well as the portfolio as a whole. The employee is expected to develop an advanced knowledge of the industry and the ability to employ creative and analytical methods to drive occupancy. The position requires flexibility to understand property-specific idiosyncrasies as well as to facilitate and manage the marketing process by coordinating with field and sales personnel.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Working side by side with Community Managers and Sales and Marketing Team members to ensure all financial goals are met
      • Ensuring and strong and well-managed internet presence for designated community; monitor review and report on all marketing activity and results
      • Analyzing current market conditions and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for existing assets
      • Manage lead tracking by making contact contact and follow up Leads generated through marketing efforts and document all correspondence with database
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents and their families looking to move into the community and effectively communicate the mission of Lakeshore
      • Effectively market our community through networking, sales, advertising, public relations and community events
      • Identify, establish and maintain positive relationships with industry influencers and strategic partners to insure on-going referrals and continued opportunities to promote the community


      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • High School Diploma or GED required
      • Business, sales and marketing experience preferred
      • Experience in developing and maintaining marketing strategies-hands on experience
      • Technical marketing skills
      • Proven experience in customer service, sales and market research
      • Experience with computer proficiency and relevant software applications
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

      Frequently required to sit; Frequently required to talk, listen and email; While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Occasionally required to lift up to 10 pounds.

      COMPENSATION: $45,000.00/Yr with a total compensation of up to $100,000.00/Yr (Base plus Commission - Based on experience)
