- Prefer minimum of two-years experience working in long-term care industry
- Previous Sales and Marketing experience preferred
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required, A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
Sales and Marketing Assistant -Must have at least one year of Senior Housing Experience
Job Responsibilities
• Utilize data-driven sales strategies to identify and pursue prospective leads
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by engaging with new and existing referral sources
• Maintain a consistent and impactful sales presence throughout our community• Facilitate educational in-services with referral sources to highlight and promote Solstice Senior Living services
• Deliver comprehensive follow-up to existing referral sources
Requirements:
• Willingness and ability to travel within your local assigned territory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interact adeptly with referral sources and internal team members
• Computer and technological literacy
• Positive and professional personal image
• Strong people skills to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Previous experience in sales and/or the Senior Living industry is preferred but not required
• Must have a high school diploma or GEDSUMMARY of Duties
The Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales & Marketing in actively acquiring and managing short- and long-term leads. These responsibilities include handling all telephone, walk-in, and inbound mail inquiries; qualifying prospects; converting qualified leads to tours; converting tours to deposits; and, assisting with move-ins in accordance with established procedures. The Sales & Marketing Assistant is also responsible for the smooth transition of a new resident into the community. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s product and services to effectively and accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects.
