What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee quality control and governance of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for stakeholders
- Maintain customer management reporting via HubSpot and track sales team performance
- Manage social media accounts and update website content with industry insights
- Provide direct administrative support, including scheduling, report preparation, and correspondence management
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales and executive teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles, ideally in the solar industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot & NetSuite)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot AI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work closely with executive leadership and manage high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
