      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Head of Commercial to design and operationalize strategies for new sales and customer retention
      - Build and maintain scalable processes around territory planning, opportunity management, and renewal workflows
      - Define and manage key performance indicators across all revenue lines, creating reports and dashboards for business insights
      - Own consolidated revenue reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency for stakeholders
      - Collaborate with finance and product/research operations to align sales efforts with production timelines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations within a media, publishing, research, or subscription-based business
      - Strong understanding of media sales cycles and B2B subscription models
      - Experience in developing and managing KPIs across a multi-product, multi-channel revenue model
      - Proficiency with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Excel)
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into consumable insights
