What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle daily and weekly call blocking to optimize scheduling
- Execute outbound email sequences and follow-ups to nurture leads
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential clients
- Schedule confirmed appointments directly on the calendar for the sales team
- Perform light CRM/data entry using Dynamic CRM to maintain accurate records
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Permanent residency in the Philippines
- Strong outbound calling experience
- Proven experience in setting appointments
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and search for new prospects effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer relationship management or sales
- Familiarity with Dynamic CRM or similar tools
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
