      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Contact potential prospects in the database to book tours for assigned communities through calls, emails, and texts
      - Maintain accurate documentation of all communication with prospects in the database
      - Meet and exceed KPIs set by the Director of Harmony Outreach, including calls, emails, texts, and tours booked
      - Collaborate with the sales department and the Harmony Outreach Director on a daily basis
      - Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and community goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
      - At least 3 years of experience in a call center or sales environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
      - Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
      - Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales, call centers, cold calling, prospect/lead management, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles
      - Ability to learn processes and standards specific to Harmony Senior Services
      - Experience working in a fast-paced and changing environment
