Job Description

- Business administration process
- Manage and follow up of the Ontex SF reporting (C4C) and all the reports from the Promotional partners.
- Sales plan coverage / incentives / commissions regarding the different goals for each Region.
- Implementation, follow up and execution of all the transfers coming from the pharmacies / Cooperatives ensuring the correct investment for each Region.
- Maintain effective communication with the Sales and Marketing team,
- Set up, monitor, and assess digital trade marketing and promotional campaigns in the Field.
- Be involved in all the Sales Force Excellence initiatives in Spain.
- University degree, fluent English, computer skills (especially with Excel), SAP, new technologies.
- Teamwork and collaboration, good interpersonal skills
- Communication and presentation skills.
