      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inquiries from customers via telephone, email, chat, and fax, demonstrating advanced product knowledge
      - Resolve complex questions from agents and escalate issues as necessary
      - Initiate, execute, and communicate on various projects as required
      - Collect, enter, and verify the accuracy of data related to the sales process
      - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate documentation and maintain confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 0-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry preferred
      - Excellent working knowledge of company systems and sales processes
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One or more years of experience in a customer service or data entry role
      - Familiarity with insurance regulations and billing concepts
      - Ability to adjust schedule based on business needs
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diffuse customer concerns
