      Responsibilities

      EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Sales Assistant to support our sales team as well as partner with marketing, operations, and more. You’ll report directly to and work closely with the Chief Partnership Officer to support day-to-day needs of the sales team, identifying and creating corporate proposals, leveraging data to support collaboration and conversations with prospects. The Sales Assistant will also maintain data integrity and enable meaningful interactions with both internal teams and external customers through accurate, organized information within the CRM.

      Your essential duties include the following:

      Collaboration & Reporting

      • Build a working knowledge of products and company through close collaboration with the sales & marketing teams

      • Assist with creation, production, proofing and distribution of sales support documents, presentations, performance reports and dashboards

      • Create, update, and maintain customer and prospect databases

      • Assist in organizing sales meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and sales events

      • Support Sales team with the development and distribution of Proforma’s

      • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support CRM initiatives

      • Work with Marketing to ensure accurate segmentation for targeted campaigns

      • Provides general customer support and acts as a point of contact for clients

      CRM Support

      • Provide guidance and support to HubSpot users on the Sales team

      • Help train new users on CRM functionality and data entry best practices

      • Recommend and help implement CRM process improvements and best practices

      • Maintain clean, accurate CRM data through daily entry, validation, deduplication, and updates

      • Support data imports/exports, including file cleaning and cross-referencing (e.g., XLOOKUP in Excel)

      • Assist with merging duplicate records and managing parent/child relationships

      • Help manage user profiles and permissions

      • Troubleshoot basic HubSpot issues and answer user questions


      Qualifications

      • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

      • 5+ years of experience in a relevant field

      • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

      • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce a plus)

      • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with data manipulation

      • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards for data accuracy

      • Eagerness to learn new tools and processes

      • A collaborative mindset with a self-starter attitude

      Computer Skills:

      Proficiency in Internet browsers (e.g., Chrome, Edge) and CRMs, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience in working with various electronic medical records and medical billing systems.

      Work Environment & Physical Demands:

      The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. An individual should possess the physical ability to lift/move 20lbs, maintain a stationary position, move freely, operate equipment, ascend/descend freely, position self to reach equipment above or below average standing height, and communicate with employees throughout the organization. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; sit; stoop; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
