      Role Overview

      This role is responsible for supporting the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) Sales team with general sales and promotional administration, reporting and execution support. Key duties include field sales communication and tasks coordination at national and state levels as well as supporting field sales.


      Responsibilities

      • Supporting Key Account Managers in daily business
      • Budget, accruals, PO and invoice tracking, deviations consultation with Key Account Management
      • Invoice processing
      • Rebate management (setting up rebates/processing payments)
      • Checking payments in Mybuy/SAP
      • Entering promotions & volume planning in SAP
      • Master data maintenance (prices/discounts/customer data)
      • Managing payments in-kind and delivery of free goods
      • Claims management (handling late/incomplete orders and other order-related disputes)
      • Master data management/setup
      • Managing contract administration
      • Data analysis & reporting activities
      • Managing account administration, customer queries (not covered by Customer Service)
      • Performing other administrative ad hoc requests

      Qualifications

      • Business experience (2-5 years)
      • Bachelors or Master’s degree in commerce/business administration/marketing is a plus
      • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP
      • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions in order to find actionable, results-oriented solutions
      • Ability to build robust and successful working relationships
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      • Very good organisation and prioritisation skills
      • Proactivness, responsive and results driven
