What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Territory Representatives in achieving sales goals by engaging with lower-volume customers
- Manage temporarily assigned territories, including scheduling and organization to drive sales
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative, customer-centric approach
- Establish expertise with customers by combining technical knowledge and business acumen
- Participate in ongoing training and promotional campaigns to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Excellent relationship management and team interaction abilities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and commitment to career development
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Ability and willingness to relocate within a designated region after the Sales Associate program
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Four-year college degree preferred or a combination of 4 years of college and customer-facing work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable speaking in front of small to medium-sized groups in professional settings
