What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers using company service standards
- Stock merchandise according to visual standards and safety protocols
- Operate the cash register and adhere to customer service guidelines
- Maintain organization and standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom
- Perform general housekeeping duties and physically unload trucks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to initiate conversations with customers
- Can-do attitude and commitment to a collaborative work culture
- 1 year of retail experience preferred, but not required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a retail setting
- Familiarity with merchandising and stock organization
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
