What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct proactive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to set up opportunities for Account Executives
- Utilize cold calling, email, and personalized video messages to generate new sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect records in the CRM (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with team members and Account Executives to drive revenue growth
- Report on weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales results and maintain CRM data integrity
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Sales, or related fields
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills
- Demonstrated desire and ability to advance within a sales organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with sales prospecting and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Previous experience in a dynamic sales environment
