What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet customers and provide memorable, personalized service through needs analyses and product recommendations
- Offer promotional products and services to enhance customer experience
- Resolve customer service issues and escalate as necessary
- Maintain store appearance, ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping standards are met
- Conduct customer transactions accurately on the point-of-sale system and manage inventory processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Must pass background checks and comply with safety and cash handling procedures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
