      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field incoming leads and qualify both dotloop and ShowingTime leads
      - Present and close sales for ShowingTime and dotloop systems
      - Execute outbound call campaigns to build a sales pipeline
      - Manage communication with potential clients via phone, email, and social media
      - Attend industry events and conduct customer visits to promote products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior software sales experience with proven success
      - Experience using Salesforce.com for managing a sales pipeline
      - Strong communication skills and a professional presentation style
      - Completed four-year bachelor's degree preferred
      - High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in real estate or technology sales, or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services
      - Positive attitude and sense of humor in a sales environment
      - Familiarity with SalesLoft or equivalent technology platforms
