      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make sales calls to prospective end-users not currently purchasing from the employer
      - Support dealers with equipment demonstrations and attend trade shows and seminars
      - Maintain and report on customer portfolio and pipeline activities using Salesforce.com
      - Develop relationships with prioritized end-users and conduct regular follow-up
      - Document all sales activities and equipment demonstrations in Salesforce.com

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related industry
      - Strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Willingness to travel overnight occasionally

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
      - Self-starter with good business acumen and strong selling skills
      - Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.com
      - Ability to conduct seminars and recommend equipment for various applications
