      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
      - Participate in onboarding new accounts and implementing services for long-term success
      - Optimize workflows and processes for accounts to enhance efficiency and growth
      - Utilize data-driven decision-making to track performance and identify improvement opportunities
      - Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, legal, and marketing, to address customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) required; experience may be considered in lieu of education
      - 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service roles
      - Proven track record of exceeding company targets in a competitive market
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
      - Experience in the healthcare or genetic testing industry
      - Strong presentation, training, and coaching skills
      - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
      - Understanding of HIPAA laws and patient privacy requirements
