Hourly base pay rate is $21.49 - $32.26/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.Job Description

The Sales Business Development internship program is designed to attract talented college students to Cox, providing them with a foundational step toward building a successful career within a dynamic and innovative company. The program will emphasize the development of essential professional selling skills, including prospecting, needs discovery, tool utilization, and delivering compelling sales presentations for our full suite of services. Participants will gain valuable exposure to the Cox Business and RapidScale cultures, while benefiting from mentorship and coaching by Cox Business leadership to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.
