What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage prospective and current members through inbound/outbound calls to promote services and address retention concerns
- Own and execute assigned acquisition, retention, and recovery campaigns, collaborating to meet performance goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and campaign outcomes in relevant systems
- Participate in team discussions to identify process improvements and enhance the overall member experience
- Meet or exceed defined performance metrics including contact rates and conversion rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one (1) year of successful sales or customer service experience, preferably with seniors
- Demonstrated knowledge of negotiation, closing skills, and objection handling in phone-based sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to engage seniors empathetically
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Medicare-eligible populations or in healthcare settings
- Proven track record in sales or customer service with measurable results
- Familiarity with managing multiple campaigns or customer segments simultaneously
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Experience working with business partners, agents, or brokers preferred
