What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up on warm leads and assist customers with U-Haul related products and services
- Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls to quote rental rates and facilitate new business
- Meet established quality-related metrics and goals while providing courteous service
- Utilize various computer programs to assist customers effectively
- Collaborate closely with management and accept feedback for performance improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to navigate and use multiple computer programs simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- General knowledge of U.S. geography
- Previous sales experience is a plus
