What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop office staff by orienting them to the sales process, building coaching plans, and conducting effective in-field visits
- Monitor KPIs to determine coaching needs and provide targeted support to drive results
- Deliver coaching to doctors and office staff, addressing specific areas of opportunity within the territory
- Review recorded consults weekly, providing formal feedback to enhance performance
- Share best practices and iterate on techniques to improve program effectiveness
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of previous sales or training experience, preferably in the dental industry
- Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship
- Strong aptitude for training, performance management, and motivating others
- Willingness to conduct up to 20% travel within Charlotte, Greensboro, or Raleigh territories
