      Responsibilities:

      - Calculate and ensure accurate payment of incentive compensation in a complex field sales organization
      - Design and develop incentive compensation plans for a multi-channel and multi-divisional field sales organization
      - Perform calculations, validations, and payments of incentive compensation plan components
      - Develop and maintain business partnerships with Finance, HR, and Sales management
      - Collaborate with sales leadership on territory alignment changes and associated sales and quota impacts
      - Maintain systems and processes for reporting and tracking compensation metrics
      - Support ad hoc projects and reports requested by sales management and corporate leadership

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
      - Previous experience in data/sales analytics preferred
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel and MS Access
      - Experience using Varicent/IBM ICM a plus
      - Ability to perform thorough quantitative and qualitative analyses
      - Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

      Salary and Benefits:

      - $51,300 - $99,200 salary plus bonus eligibility
      - Benefits include Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, and Employee Stock Purchase Program
      - Actual salary may vary based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors

      Travel Percentage: 10%
