What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage daily with employer groups, policyholders, agents, and field leaders to conserve business and address issues
- Collaborate with internal agency and senior field leadership to analyze persistency trends and develop solutions
- Create effective communication for field sales agents to emphasize the importance of business retention
- Work with external partners to manage loss of business due to payment and processing issues
- Partner with Compliance Manager to track orphaned I-plans and develop retention processes for policyholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or four years of related work experience as an equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in sales and/or the insurance industry
- Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid insurance license
- Willingness to work in Eastern/Central time zone
