      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate distribution agreements, order processing, and inventory oversight to support the Sales team
      - Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders, including publishers and retail partners
      - Manage and regularly update CRM systems, sales reports, and client databases for data accuracy
      - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to support strategic planning
      - Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral for client initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline is strongly preferred
      - 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account management, or a related administrative role
      - Familiarity with the video game industry, particularly in publishing, retail, or distribution
      - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
      - Proficient in SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current or recent enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline
      - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
