What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive strategic sales of capital products within surgical solutions' product categories
- Collaborate with various internal teams to offer comprehensive solutions to customers
- Execute full sales cycle, from opportunity prioritization to goal attainment
- Utilize data to identify key sales opportunities and trends
- Implement consultative selling approach to uncover customer needs and drive solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Strong influencing skills to engage with personnel at all levels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Analytical proficiency to develop sales plans and analyze market trends
- Experience in medical device capital equipment sales preferred
