What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop an annual plan to achieve targets in a defined territory, focusing on businesses with 5-99 employees
- Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods, including cold calling and networking
- Qualify opportunities by understanding the target market and decision-making personas
- Establish trusted advisor relationships to foster long-term client relationships
- Utilize sales tools and systems to manage daily activities and meet sales activity metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree desired, or equivalent education and/or related work experience
- Typically 3+ years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role
- Proven experience in Professional Employer Organizations (PEO) preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities at different stages

- Proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Familiarity with technology and common software applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
