      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop an annual plan to achieve targets in a defined territory, typically covering multiple states and diverse industries
      - Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods
      - Qualify opportunities by understanding the target market and decision-making personas
      - Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects to foster long-term client relationships
      - Utilize sales tools and systems, including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to manage daily activities effectively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent education and/or related work experience
      - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role
      - Proven experience in Professional Employer Organization (PEO) preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience building a book of business through effective prospecting and referral networks
      - Familiarity with technology and common software applications, including MS Office and Salesforce.com
      - Proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
