      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop an annual sales plan to achieve targets within a defined territory, covering multiple states and a diverse portfolio of industries
      - Build and maintain a balanced pipeline of target prospects through various prospecting methods, including cold calling and leveraging referral networks
      - Qualify sales opportunities based on understanding of the target market and decision-making personas
      - Establish trusted advisor relationships with prospects to foster long-term client relationships
      - Utilize sales tools and systems, including Salesforce.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to effectively manage sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience
      - Typically 3+ years of experience in a B2B complex sales cycle role
      - Proven experience in professional employer organization (PEO) preferred
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales opportunities simultaneously

      - Proven dedication to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
      - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually evolving business environment
